Good to know.

Does it work with my existing store theme?
Yes. Slotly’s widget is added to your OpoShop storefront for you. You don’t edit your theme. You choose which pages it shows on and where it appears.
What’s the difference between paid and free bookings?
A paid service checks out as a real order in your store, so you get paid and the customer gets your normal order confirmation, with the booking date, time, and staff on it. You can charge in full or take a deposit. A free service is a no-charge reservation recorded in Slotly.
Will two people ever book the same slot?
No. Each time can be claimed once. While a paying customer checks out, the slot is held with a countdown and released automatically if they don’t finish, so it’s never sold twice and never stuck.
Can I have multiple staff or resources?
Yes. Add as many people, rooms, or pieces of equipment as you like, each with its own timezone and weekly hours. Slotly merges their availability into the slots buyers see.
Does it handle group classes?
Yes. Set a capacity greater than one and a slot accepts that many bookings, filling exactly to capacity and never over.
Can Slotly see when I’m already busy?
Connect Google Calendar or any calendar feed (.ics) and Slotly blocks the times you’re busy so customers can’t book over them. Access is read only: it reads busy times, never your event titles or details, and it never writes to your calendar. Repeating events are blocked on each date they repeat.
How long does setup take?
